Janis Young

Jan teaches a wide range of subjects, including First Aid, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control, Working with Dementia Sufferers, Risk Assessment and Manual and Moving and Handling. Jan's background is varied and includes management roles in various care settings, public house management and setting up in-house training for a large housing association. Jan has her 7404 and 7303 training and teaching qualifications, along with a wide variety of other accreditations and qualifications.

Doral Hayes BA(Hons) FRSPH

Doral has worked in a variety of roles within the social care sectors over the last nine years. She has been a tutor for the Open University in the Department of Health and Social Care, is a Licensed Practitioner of Neurolinguisitic Programming, is registered to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has a Diploma in Performance Coaching
